We believe movement should be joyful—not just technical. Our boutique-style classes blend tumbling, acro, and cheer-inspired fun into one epic weekly experience. It’s strength, rhythm, and confidence—one flip at a time, in a setting where every child is truly seen.
Programs are offered for ages 3–14 with an emphasis on play, progress, and self-discovery. Whether it’s their first roll or a big breakthrough, we’re here to cheer them on, celebrating every milestone in a small group environment that lets them shine.

This season, we’ve combined some of our class levels into a more simplified schedule
that helps families get in, get active, and get on with their day
—without losing the progress, fun, or personalized coaching KiCKFLiPS is known for.
At KiCKFLiPS, every class is thoughtfully designed to build strength, confidence, and skills—step by step. While our current schedule is tailored for the busy back-to-school season, the full lineup below shows how our program supports long-term growth for athletes of all ages and levels.

kICKSTARTERS
Ages 3–4
BIG ENERGY FOR TINY ATHLETES.
Intro to tumbling, bar, and beam basics in a playful space where littles leap, laugh, and learn.
KINDER KICKERS
Age 5
WHERE FUN MEETS FOUNDATION
Perfect for five-year-olds ready for more structure! Rolls, balances, bar work, and beam play—all with a strong focus on safety and confidence
KICKFLIPPERS
Ages 6–8
POWER. PLAY. PROGRESS.
Skills get serious with floor skills, beam drills, and bar work—flipping fun meets focused fundamentals.
kICKCREW
Ages 9–12
TRAIN HARD. FLIP HIGHER.
Tumbling, beam, and bar basics with an edge—this class builds power, confidence, and next-level control.
KICKSQUAD
Ages 7–14
BRING THE SPIRIT. BUILD THE SKILL. SQUAD GOALS START HERE.
This high-energy class combines cheer motions, chants, voice projection, beginner tumbling, and rhythm-based movement—designed to help kids shine on the mat and lead with courage off it
WHAT ABOUT OLDER ATHLETES?
Our weekly classes are built for ages 3-12-but we know big kids love to flip, too! Our KickSquad Cheer Fundamentals class welcomes athletes up to age 14, with a focus on rhythm, spirit, and skill-building.
For teens and older athletes, specialty workshops, clinics, and private lessons are a great way to stay moving and keep learning.

Why stop at Friday?
At KiCKFLiPS, the fun now rolls into Saturday too!
Our classes run on Fridays and Saturdays to give families more flexibility—and kids more chances to flip, fly, and have fearless fun. Whether you kick off your weekend with us on Friday or sleep in and tumble on Saturday, your athlete will experience the same small-group focus, high energy, and intentional coaching we’re known for.
Weekends were made for flipping out (in the best way) — and we can’t wait to welcome your athlete into the action!
