Whether your child is brand new to movement or ready to build higher-level skills, our small-group approach helps every athlete feel supported, encouraged, and celebrated along the way.
Classes are offered for ages 3–14, with age-appropriate groups to keep learning fun, challenging, and safe.

Our training pathway supports long-term growth for athletes of all ages and levels, with intentional coaching and a focus on progress at every stage. Class offerings and schedules may vary by session.

Ages 3–4
BIG ENERGY FOR TINY ATHLETES.
Intro to tumbling, bar, and beam basics in a playful space where littles leap, laugh, and learn.

Age 5
WHERE FUN MEETS FOUNDATION
Perfect for five-year-olds ready for more structure! Rolls, balances, bar work, and beam play, all with a strong focus on safety and confidence.
kICKflippers
Ages 6–8
POWER. PLAY. PROGRESS.
Skills get serious with floor skills, beam drills, and bar work, flipping fun meets focused fundamentals.
kICKSTARTERS
Ages 9–12
TRAIN HARD. FLIP HIGHER.
Tumbling, beam, and bar basics with an edge, this class builds power, confidence, and next-level control.
kIcksquad
Ages 5-14
BRING THE SPIRIT. BUILD THE SKILL. SQUAD GOALS START HERE.
This high-energy class combines cheer motions, chants, voice projection, beginner tumbling, and rhythm-based movement, designed to help kids shine on the mat and lead with courage off it.

Our weekly classes are built for ages 3-14 but the fun doesn’t stop there!
